Personal Profile:

Peter Milton Rukundo is a nutritionist-dietician and holder of the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Human Nutrition (University of Oslo, Norway), Master in Nutrition, Health and Environment (Akershus University College, Norway)and a First-Class Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Kyambogo University, Kampala, Uganda. His research evolves around the human right to adequate food, food and nutrition security, nutritional status assessments, dietary intake studies, as well as food systems and governance. He is an Executive Committee member of the Nutrition Society of Uganda.
